Saw this on NBC. Don't you think it is a safety hazard to have a cat around a hospital considering lots of people are allergic to them?

The cat lives in a nursing home, what are the chances that he curls up with an old guy then he dies? that doesn't mean anything. That's like saying if I lived in a jail, what are the chances that someone I talk to has commited a felony.

If this is real, its very far out there to be a coincendance. I know animals do have weird senses. I remember when I came home from the hospital, my dog who usually jumps off the walls when people come in, but was very calm and wasnt rough with me at all. I looked it up later and its known that Boxers can sense sickness and get very gentle around it.Like BCB, I dont know how a cat knows if somebodys going to die...but if a dog can tell im sick, maybe a cat can tell if somebodys about to pass.
