I thought our headbutting days were behind us! I've lost my fastball during the lock-out.![]()

I personally enjoy the PapaG and Zags "Youre gay" "No youre gay!" fights(<3 you guys)
It seemed (from a relative outsiders' perspective) that while UW regards WSU as the poor little brother, it regards UO as the annoying kid down the street that finally hit puberty and started sporting the 3-hair-moustache and thinks he's the cat's pajamas, except that the annoying kid is using that moustache to get dates with cheerleaders and elected to Prom Court while UW got grounded for getting a D in history.
Eventually, though, I think that Sarkisian is going to build a bigger power in Seattle than Harbaugh built in Palo Alto. While Uncle Phil gives UO a tremendous advantage, the fact remains that LA and Seattle are the power markets of the Pac-12.
reading this, one might guess that you're from Washington. The Bay Area has more people then the entire state of Washington. Quite a bit more wealth as well.
Looking forward to the Fuskies annual fall curb stomp

Tokyo has more people than everyone, but just about as many people there that care about Cal and Stanford. I was born in Portland, and have lived there, in the Bay Area and Seattle. Until Andrew Luck came around, Stanford attendance figures were lower than Pullman's. (Afterward isn't much better) What are their College FB and BB attendance figures and ratings? There's a reason that the Pac-12 tournament didn't mention the Bay Area when talking about potential sites.reading this, one might guess that you're from Washington. Scott is rethinking the tournament and said he's strongly considering moving it out of Los Angeles. The Pac-12 accepted formal proposals to host the event up until its deadline Friday, with Salt Lake City's EnergySolutions Arena and Seattle's KeyArena reportedly being a couple of the potential sites...
"I really want a strong collegiate atmosphere around the basketball tournament," said Scott, who hopes to make a decision by this fall. "I don't want it to feel overly corporate. I want it to be well-attended and well-supported and there to be great buzz around the event."

nice hyperbole. The two Bay Area schools are investing in their facilities and are directly drawing from a much bigger talent pool and closer to an even bigger one (SoCal). It's not like I'm rooting for them or the Huskies either, just being realisticAgain, I don't have a rooting interest in either. But to say that the Bay Area or SD is a bigger college sports market than Seattle is absurd.
Born and raised in Portland, I grew up rooting for the ducks, but went to UW. I didn't go to any games (all my friends/roomates did though), but I never saw any "hate" towards Oregon. Rivalry, yes, but not the type of hate that I hear from UO fans.
I'm a Husky fan first, Duck fan 2nd and rest of Pac 10 fan 3rd (maybe Colorado/Utah 4th)
Hating/stereotyping a city seems ridiculous to me... especially considering how much Portland and Seattle have in common.
You are a rare breed my friend and must not listen to KJR or read many husky websites. UW's hate for the Duck's is much much worse than it used to be, just read any blog or message board.
How old are you, really? You lying to me??
We've got a few gals in their early 30's that work here from UW that are freaking HOTTTT!
They are few and far between. Unless asians are your thing.
BINGO!

ABM, I really think when you're up visiting your squeeze during the UO/UW game, you need to load up on your Duck gear, find a good local bar and be passionate while we're kicking their Fusky ass. Be vocal! Let 'em know what real fans are like. Then, when you're let out of intensive care, make a few posts and let us know how it went.

San Fran or even San Diego are definitely above Seattle, but hey... they've got Starbucks!
