I heard that on the radio Friday, and thought it was interesting

He made some terrible decisions today. That Pick6 by Barnett was just mind-boggling to witness. I have no idea what Vick was seeing on that read, but he hit Nick right between the numbers.

Vick's a pretty good QB, but the Eagles paid him way too much in his latest contract, IMO.

All the eagles are missing is Andrew Luck who they will soon have

This, combined with the Phillies' monumental collapse (everyone was expecting a parade this year), is making me wonder if I'm the jinx. Every team I follow has horrible luck.

(Ryan Howard tearing his Achilles after hitting a ground ball to end the game on Friday was just confirmation).

If you're the Colts, do you take Luck, or trade the pick?

I think anyone other than the Rams or Panthers who trade Luck would be making a huge mistake.

If either of those teams get the first pick... they're going to be getting quite a haul.

The Chargers got Tomlinson for Vick (along with some other goodies) and then used their second rounder on Brees.

If the Rams can get a high first rounder and some other pieces for the first overall pick, they could really make some noise. The Panthers, too, although they've spent so much money retaining the best players from a terrible team (DeAngelo Williams = worst contract perhaps in history) that they will have an uphill battle even if they make that kind of deal.

For the Eagles? Let Luck sit a season after taking him 1st overall. Focus on improving the o-line. The Eagles probably bounce back and are significantly better next year, and then can trade Vick for some value and hand the reigns to Luck just as the team is on the upward swing.

It would be a nice "problem" to have for the Eagles, IMO.
