That guy is such a douche, I've never liked his articles

He clearly has a direct pipeline to Chris Wallace. Perhaps in more ways than one...:pimp:

Fuck that. I don't really care about his other articles.

This one is poorly researched, cites unnamed sources for unsubstantiated claims of KP's supposedly bad character, and comes off as clearly combative in nature. If there's one thing I know, KP is a guy who exudes good character and accountability. He is being unfairly judged by this bullshit.

I suggest you all to let this charlatan of a writer know how you feel here: http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/feedback;_ylt=AgpASaQfspsSojCk5v3uFNzTjdIF?author=Adrian+Wojnarowski

The whole mess was just stupid. You could see it from Miles away, pun intended, that it wasn't going to work. This was a move I never expected from KP. He Pritch-slapped himself.

is he seriously trying to bring up the jailblazer thing again? his work email, phone, and personal email are gonna get flooded

What makes you think KP had anything to do with it? Larry Miller is KP's boss.

Wow. This is hilarious.

KP's name isn't even on the email.

Adrian Whatshisass is a clown who must have had his feeling hurt by KP at some point in time.

How do these douche bag writers still have jobs after spewing out this misinformation?

The only thing worse than opinion columnists are lazy opinion columnists.

For his journalistic efforts I hereby award him a date with Portlands own sweetheart, Tonya Harding. What a couple they'd make. A match made in heaven I say.

Uncharacteristically stupid of KP pretty much every step he took in the Miles Saga, but the greed for cap space was more than he could control.

It's what I've come to expect from Allen, whose "word" is simply a tool for deception in business dealings, but he should have kept KP out of it and let Miller take the heat.

This would imply that some teams were indeed afraid to sign Miles before the threat was lifted:

When his deal ends Monday, several league executives told Yahoo! Sports they’ll contact his agent about signing him.

Memphis is expected to offer Miles a second 10-day contract, but there could be better opportunities for him.

Anyone remember the last time we questioned or doubted what KP was doing?

Yah, so now all the sudden we have Nostradamus' on the board (and in print) who are pulling stuff so far out of their asses, that it has a strange brown hue.

Like it or not guys the Blazers lost a lot of respect by this whole fiasco.

Hopefully in the end they can save face because if nothing is done, or they lose any attempt at a lawsuit they will look even worse.

I don't mind losing respect for legitimate reasons if I am the Blazers. But because of a writer who is being fed false info by either Miles' agenst or Chris Wallace? Adrian
WojoAssclown just lost a whole lot of respect from me. Yahoo Sports whiffed on their Reggie Bush story, and they are whiffing on this story. No wonder Yahoo is laying off so many people in Portland and also around the country.

I don't care what the article said. The whole mess was stupid from the start. We all don't want Miles to play but nobody has the right to stop him from looking for work. KP is a fucking idiot for this move.

Has Memphis guaranteed his contract yet? The Blazers tried to do that when they wanted to claim him off of waiver. I imagine his decent play has Chris Wallace producing coal out of turds at this point. How can he cut him? Guaranteeing Darius would mean a negative impact on the Grizz in terms of any luxury tax ramifications re: Miles, yet there is no way Darius will be in that team's plans in the future.

I dare Wallace to cut Miles right now. That only adds to the Blazer's argument. Miles being productive on the floor means Memphis now must choose whether to keep him or not. His production says he should stay.

Will he? He should, shouldn't he?j

Also, the Blazers never tried to stop the guy from looking for work. Actually, they tried to guarantee him work for the rest of the season.

If he's going to state over and again that KP is arrogant, he should give some examples - he doesn't.

Doesn't matter. Many people seem to buy what these "journalists" are selling at face value.

If you are right PG, and I think you are closer to the truth than most think, KP may have actually out-foxed Wallace and caused them to go farther into the hole as a team when in fact they were trying to do the same to Portland. May be a greater hurt to the Griz than it is for Portland.

their job is to stir the pot and generate hits on their articles... mission accomplished. Being an accurate gauge of history is a peripheral issue

The hit/sour grapes piece by this hack writer also makes more sense if you think about who his source may be.

Why hasn't Memphis guaranteed Miles a contract for the rest of the season? Clearly Darius is ready to be a solid player in the NBA, right?

Wow that is one big pile of a crap that was written. Jail Blazers? Are you kidding me? This made one of Canzano's hate pieces appear kind of tame in comparison, I couldn't even read the whole thing... it was so bad.

Yes, the Jail Blazers made a comeback this season.

Only this time, they wore suits.
I am taking the last statement by yahoo sports write Adrian Wojnarowski is a pun towards #2007 pick Greg Oden meaning that he hurt his knee and didn't play in the 2007-2008 season. Meaning that Greg was a flop and hes coming back in the 2008-2009 season.
Kevin Pritchard came into this saga when miles was in rehab? Pritchard took the best advice from doctors and I don't think he is the one to blame for this situation. This was a very poor written article attacking Pritchard when he involved in the rehab part and connection to miles and the team to begin with. Awful article.

who cares what yahoo thinks, we are talking about millions and millions of dollars, something yahoo sports just doesnt affect. they could have a front page story saying "rose garden hot dogs made from human meat", and then maybe PA would worry about it.
