One day my wife and I are driving home and on the main corner by our house were signs for a new commercial development. My wife says "ooh, future home of Fresh and Easy"

Then she says "ooh, future home of Bank of America"

I was driving us home so I just said yeah, then as I rounded the corner to our house my neighbor's kid and his friends were playing in the front yard. (I was kinda sad they were all Mexican, you know melting pot and so on)

Anyway, I saw them and said "oooooh, future landscaping crew"

BECAUSE HIS DAD WAS A LANDSCAPE GUY YOU RACISTS!!!!!!

My grammar isn't the best I moved out of the Hispanic part of town when the real estate was close to the bottom. My wife who was my girlfriend at the time owned that house. I wanted to rent when we moved here.

When the market tanked I bought a bigger house in a better part of town for less and we quit paying the mortgage on the other place. Worked out great.
