So it’s safe to say how scared/nervous he is. So was thinking a music playlist would help calm the nerves. Would gladly except all and every song recommendations from you guys that in a round about way have to do with ahhhhhhhh, a colonoscopy.

It's not that bad. The flushing out the body part sucks. The actual procedure though, you just go to sleep before and wake up after. You don't remember anything. You don't feel anything. During or after. Well groggy.
