Charisma is funny. A person either has it or they don't. Nothing to do with being a good president. Kennedy had it, a succession of presidents did not until Reagan. Bill Clinton has it, Hillary does not, although IMO she would have been a better president. Obama has it, McCain did not. Bushes did not. Biden doesn't.
