The LMA situation

There's another benefit to trading him. Let's say he wants X (say $80 million) and management wants to pay him X-20 million (say $60 million). The money saved would buy a veteran (say $20 million, 4 years). So we'd get an extra player ($20M worth) in addition to whatever we get in the trade (say $60M worth of players).

but I don't shop at Costco

They often have a nice wooden guitar, and sometimes even cool French-looking sports caps.

That's a cute post, but it's not realistic in terms of the CBA, or what LMA's next contract will be.

He doesn't want to leave, he's already said he'll sign an extension. He'll be resigned. You've read this before meese, it's old news at this point. I know you like trade scenarios but really...this is a foolish one

He said he would like to stay when we were winning and had HAC in the playoffs. We are struggling now whether it is on purpose or not and if we get blasted in the playoffs LA could very well change his tune.

He needs to sign an extension this summer because the team cannot and I repeat cannot afford to lose him for nothing.

We got to chat with Mr Cho the other day in Charlotte. It was cool to see him.

Would you mind fixing the surround sound on the comcast telecasts before hanging with guys who don't remember your name?

Thanks. I knew I could not possibly be the only one thinking.... WTF is he talking about.

Or, we could still keep him and bring in a MLE player vet.

Balanced attack against Chicago I like that a lot more than 21 jump street
