Fuck this team. No, I'm serious. Fuck them. Fuck the organization, Fuck Nate, Fuck Crawford, Fuck Wallace, fuck 'em all. I'm done. For this year anyway. I haven't seen a more clusterfuckly group of players wearing Blazer uniforms since the mid-90s. No chemistry, no balls, no heart. LaMarcus and Nic, you are the only two positives on this team right now, and for that reason you should demand a trade, right now. To a team that gives a damn. To a team that has an actual fucking General Manager with a goddamn vision and clue about how to construct a REAL NBA team, not a hodge-podge of castoffs, overpriced role players, and rookies that will never amount to anything because they play on a team with a coaching staff that doesn't think they are worth playing time.

I'm sick of mediocrity. I'm sick of failed expectations. I'm sick and tired of being suckered into giving a damn about a team that I DESPERATELY want to be winners, but then discover that I want it more than the players. Fuck this one-horse town. When does the Timbers season start? At least those players act like they give a fuck about the fans and about the in-game effort.

I give this post about a 6 1/2 on the meltdown scale. I just don't care enough to ratchet it up to my previous standards.

I want to see 8s and 9s. Fuck your 5s. I'm giving up on the whole season. It's too stressful to read a bunch of 5s. When you return to at least 8s on the meltdown scale, I'll come back to the board. We were robbed, yes, we had streaches of great play, yes. But it's been the same story in all 8 of our close losses. Failing in crunch time with turnovers, dribbling around and being forced into a circus shot, failing on fast break attempts, giving up key rebounds etc.

The Blazers have a lot of talent, but I don't know what you can call them other than losers. They lose to far inferior teams, and choke away close games. 1-8 in close games. Let that sink in. We're what, half way through a 66 game season and have already dropped 8 close games?
