I just have a feeling that this Doncic-KP pairing in Dallas is going to be a problem. All the talk about Lebron/AD, Kawhi/PG, Russ/Harden...it's very possible that the Dallas duo may be the most complementary pair in the league, and potentially the best by the end of this season.

I think people are forgetting that he had an ACL injury. I don't think he'll be back to his normal self (whatever that is) until later in the season.

It's been over a year and a half. I'd bet he's 100%, and has been for a while.

I agree with you but I just don't think they have enough talent around those two this year. Seth Curry is a good fit if he knocks down 3's like last year but the rest of their complementary players aren't that good. If they put the right pieces around them it could be scary. Their only real issue with building around them is that because they owe two future 1sts they can't trade a 1st to acquire anyone. The west is so tough that I don't think they'll make the playoffs so they will have a lottery pick to help.

Yeah, I'm not particularly concerned about the team as a whole; I just think that pair will fit very, very well together.

Yeah, but it's also been a year and a half since he played basketball. This is an injury that takes time + playing the game to get over.

They're going to be great down the line, but this season is a bit optimistic. Plus, I would be having kittens about Porzingas's durability if I was the Mavs (and had invested over $150 million in him).

Doncic is going to be All-NBA sooner rather than later, though.

Trying to get Mamba skills?

I'm a few decades past and inches short of any Mamba skills, but would have liked to have seen Hezonja there.

Funny though, a co-worker of mine has a daughter in HS who is a top ranked recruit wing and Kobe was trying to recruit her to his team. My co-worker told him now and started online trashing him when he would only post scores when he team won and not when her daughter's team beat his team. Got her blocked by him. She's great. She has no love for Kobe. I think her daughter is going to be really good. On D, she lo0ked like MKG in college, but she has an offensive game as well.

Her daughter also plays against Zach Randolph's daughter (on the right, as if you couldn't tell) and said she was very good in the post, just like he was. Kobe's daughter on the left.

That is all.

Watching Dallas-OKC. Bazely isn't making me cry that we didn't take him - but he does look a lot like Westbrook (face-wise, not game-wise).

Ja Morant is fun to watch! He's like a taller Trae Young with hops. He's Penny Hardaway-esque.

Luka and Kristaps showing excellent chemistry already.

I’m watching Chicago vs New Orleans and Zion looks great. He has issues on defense but all rookies do. His power, speed, and leaping ability are unreal though.
