I thought whitesides numbers(since he is a rebounding machine and bragged about having shooters) would be a crapshoot, based on minutes he will play per game and the unknown timetable of Nurks return. These made this a perfect option for people to be all over the map and virtually guarantee it will be a good tie breaking option.

And yes. The whole thing IS a crapshoot.

Correct. Stats are only while wearing a Portland uniform. If Whitside were to be traded, his stats would end there, further opening up the diversity of opinions.

This year, other than win/loss, we will go with Conference seeding and Whiteside’s average rebounds per game and total rebounds gained for the season.

I don't like to give a prediction until closer to the season starts but I'll have over 50 wins and I'm not counting on Nurk to contribute much at all this season.
