Blazers still ahead of Wolves/Thunder/Nuggets and h2h with Jazz

Don't @ me lol
IMO, a better team than the Jazz. I mentioned earlier. They don't have anyone as good as Dame. I'll take Dame in a 7 game series over them. I do like the additions they have made, but like our team more. I imagine there should be more to come as well. Likely for both.

Looking deeper into this, the Warriors are thinner than us in the frontcourt now, and I don’t think they will get that many good players to sign for the min.

Also they gave up a ton of picks, their FO is seemingly in panic mode now.
So that's TWO Cali teams who's got a GOOD amount of roster filling to do. This'll be interesting.

One pick followed by three protection paradigms.
Gracias amigo!

The only person I could find on hoopshype said it was 3 picks, and I was under the impression they still were trying to make moves due to the Stepian rule.

Cousins is really intriguing. How is it that Bobby Portis and Taj Gibson get deals before him?

Maybe his deal is pending Kawhi's decision

I'm not sure what he's talking about

looking at that list above, the Warriors will be 10M below the apron with 9 players. They added two 2nd round picks this last draft, So they'd be about 8M below with 11 players. They could add 3 vet minimum players and be 3M below the apron with 14 players. Staying under the apron won't be a problem

that said, there is no proven depth and they are betting real heavy on the synergy between Curry and Russell

they'll still be a playoff team, but they are just part of the pack now instead of out front

Is Jaynes really the only Portland media guy to hint at more moves?

The beat writers have as many sources as S2 apparently.

Yeah and DJ said our move was for a center. Then we signed the Croate, and someone asked if that was the signing and he said yes. So, he’s probably as well informed as the rest of us....
