This says he's 6th.

EDIT: Sorry, it's insider.

LMA 17.79 more than Outlaw
Bayless 20.26 more than Outlaw
Blake 9.56 worse than Outlaw
Fernandez 15.80 better than Outlaw
Howard 2.86 worse than Outlaw
Miller 14.28 worse than Outlaw
Oden 19.16 better than Outlaw
Outlaw 15.19 ------
Przy 11.63 worse than Outlaw
Roy 20.01 better than Outlaw.

So LMA, Bayless, Rudy, Oden, and Roy are better. That makes Outlaw 6th, not 2nd. You can disallow Bayless if you want for small sample reasons. That makes Travis 5th.

Joel had 9 rbs and 3 blks.

And on every single one of those blocks, the rest of the Blazers didn't block out and Golden State got the ball back and scored. All thanks to Mac. Mac and his wonderful matchup philosophy.

off to some COD.. this place is whack after a loss lol.

I don't know why we can't legitimately refer to Eric's mental disease as a legitimate reason to why he's making such absurd posts. It's like ignoring the elephant in the room. He's fucking crazy.

How come Joel grabbed 9 rebounds but Oden could only grab 6?

Hey folks- I gotta take an important phone call. I was misinformed about the PER thing. Calm down, B-Roy. If I don't instantaneously respond to your next post, it's because I have a life outside of this forum.

PEace.

Because I'm very level. Bipolar episodes aren't about whether or not you think Oden is playing well in a basketball game. The depressive episodes are absolute despair and fraught with sucidal thoughts. It's the worst thing you can possibly go through. I'm on good medication now and am past all of that. I'm very healthy, happy, and level. Here in the forum, I'm just having fun and you all take it way too seriously. Making light of a real illness is in poor taste.

Peace.

"Hey Eric, we're thinking about bringing your character back on Bones"

"REALLY?!"

"Hell no, haha, early April fools! *Click*"

I think you guys are taking it waaayy to far. After the game take a break and step away. It's a fucking basketball game were gettig worked up about. I know I look like a dumbass for making the thread but I mean we are all clearly frustrated about the loss but shit, let's cut him some fucking slack.

I'm not making light of it at all. I'm jsut saying it's a legitimate thing to bring up when trying to figure out where you're coming from in your posts. I know folks that are bi-polar and the shit they say from moment to moment is contradictory much of the time. Like saying Oden is the best center in the league and then saying he's a monumental failure the next moment. I think your mental disease is quite reflective in your posts. I'm not making light of it.

PER's

Dante Cunningham 21.1
Jerryd Bayless 20.2
Brandon Roy 19.9
Greg Oden 19.1
LaMarcus Aldridge 17.7
Rudy Fernandez 15.8
Travis Outlaw 15.1
Andre Miller 14.2
Martell Webster 12.1
Joel Przybilla 11.6
Steve Blake 9.5
Juwan Howard 2.8

Why doesn't Nate just try miller/roy/Rudy/la/oden for a game. Couldn't be worse than tonight?

Dude, trying to figure out Nate is quite the task. He's just not a very good coach. His Seattle teams were usually quite mediocre despite being talented and his Blazer team right now isn't in the top tier of NBA teams despite having an overload of great talent. I don't mind if we lose now to have higher potential to win later, just as long a change is made soon to the coaching staff.

But I've never said that Oden is the best center in the league nor have I said that he's a monumental failure. You just read into it like that.

Also, you have to not take what I say so seriously. Hard to do since you can't hear my tone of voice. It's the same in reverse too.

If you're going to play Roy out of position (because I don't think Rudy can handle threes for any significant period of time) at least put the better player in the game with him. Rudy can shoot threes just like Blake, but he goes for rebounds, gets steals, and runs his man all around the fucking court.

And then we'd have no bench whatsoever. Man, if Webster isn't going to contribute, our roster is suddenly very thin.

Now that Jerryd got some playing time, does this mean he'll be back in the rotation?

When he didn't come out in the first quarter tonight, I figured he'd sit the whole thing out. We really could have used his scoring when things weren't falling for us in quarters 2 through... 4.

Yes, I feel like this is at the heart of our problem; we don't really have even a decent available SF at this time.

I think if we're going to have a coach who favors players who played his position (and played like him) and every year we have issues with said position, maybe we should either get someone who was a better PG than Nate was when he played, or get a significantly better PG.

I'm tired of having PG playing time issues every damn year he's been the coach.

Shit or get off the pot Nate, for fucks sake.

After Dec 15th passes, we should trade Miller for a starting SF. That moves Bayless into more minutes at backup PG and keeps Rudy as our only dependable offensive punch off the bench. Or we can trade Miller for a super sixth man and move Rudy into the starting lineup. One of the two. Who could we get....?

We should trade Blake, not Miller. Blake is an expiring contract, and is younger therefore more value.

Not that I think Miller is the key, but Nate is unnaturally killing any momentum and cohesiveness the team might get by his odd subbing patterns and dependency on having both PG's start.
