Being pissed off doesn't fix his bruised body. Dude needs the rest.

I hope so. He's been resigned the last few games.

I am actually a little concerned that he over does it. Pressing too hard to the point where is effect the offense.

Because he's already an all star and should be getting all star calls anyway.
To the fans he's an All Star but to the NBA your not officially an all star till you play in the all star game.

He would have been an all star if he played for the Lakers.

From USA Today

"Lillard will become the first player in NBA history to take part in five events during the All-Star festivities that run from Feb. 14-16: the BBVA Rising Stars Challenge Friday night, then the Taco Bell Skills Challenge, Foot Locker Three-Point Contest, the Sprite Slam Dunk contest on what's deemed State Farm Saturday night, and the All-Star game Sunday."

That was last year.

And BGD's comment was in response to me saying "He was an all star so he should be getting all star calls anyway" And he said "You need to play IN the all star game" To which he did, and referenced in my post.

I wonder how much money Dame lost? I know his new $100million Adidas contract had incentives built in to it, I'm sure one of those incentives is playing in the All Star game. Now his new shoes won't get any All Star weekend exposure. ]

Also with Rose not making the All Star team this is a bad day for Adidas.

He already is. Once he brings emotion into the game - which he seems to have done these past few weeks - then he loses his cool and plays horribly. He needs to go back to being a robot on the court. Clinical, detached, and ice-cold killer. Right now his ego is bruised and he's playing like a sulking baby.

Seriously, WTF are you talking about?

His demeanor on the court. To me he looks like he's feeling embarrassed and trying to do everything he can to prove he belongs. He's already proved he belongs - he just needs to cool down and play his game, rather than trying to step up to the PG vs PG challenge that he's (IMO) making the games out to be these past few weeks.
Maybe that's not the case, but his demeanor on the court looks different to me.

You're all over the place, you go from sulking baby to feeling embarrassed?!? So how close have you been sitting to the court to make these unique observations? I have a really good friend who sits directly behind the Blazers bench for home games and hasn't seen anything like this. You must be sitting courtside for home and away games to read his demeanor and emotions. You going to Atlanta too?

I tend to agree. It seems to me the coach should step in and insist on a game plan that doesn't call for the PG to shoot so much.
