Could be quite possible Olshey won't even go after the marquee free agent? Maybe his first move is to trade for the marquee player as step 1, then resign Aldridge for step 2, then pick the mid level tier 2 player.

This is a big reason I'm not taking him being "good as gone" too seriously. If he's really checking out places like Toronto, then everything we've heard to-date is complete smoke. I'm not saying he won't ultimately leave, but I think a lot of what's been reported thus far has been BS.
