Personally if he leaves hope it's to the Lakers or someone besides the Spurs....... And yes I hate the Lakers ( make it easier for me to root against Lamarcus if he's a Laker)


My reason is Spurs have no assets to do a sign and trade. Don't think Aldridge or his agent want to leave money on table.

LMA can't get more in a sign and trade than outright signing as a free agent; that was changed in 2011. Only way he gets more money is in Portland.

So I'm curious, why didn't we meet with him?

We have already made our salespitch prior to today. Neil said he talks to him multiple times a week and did so on draft night.
