Oh my God, if it was possible to trade TT for anybody, even Carter, my heart would pump out of my chest.

Let's do it. I would take Rose's contract in a heart beat. Rose is still an excellent player. If we take rose we might have to part ways with Hardaway

I also would think Kurt Thomas will have to be in the package. I guess we also have to get Alvin Williams. If we can get Carter for something reasonable I'm all for it but, if we need to jack up our whole roster to get him that won't be good.

Why in God's name would we trade Kurt Thomas for Rose(if I read that correctly)? TT and Moochie Norris for Carter! Nothing else. We have enough scorers. Dont need another one. Time to forget about Carter and find ourselves a good center or at least a good perimeter defender. Because that's what we need right now that another scorer.

I don't think that article was being 100% serious.
We don't need Vince Carter, and I don't want him, can't Isiah just keep a team longer than a season?
Add a big man, but not another SG / PG / SF.
There isn't too much wrong with the current team, just add a big man and we'll be fine.

You mis understood me. Carter is already in the deal. So to get Carter we might need to giveup KT. I meant to say Carter instead of Rose.

As much as I love Hardaway, (trust me I love the guy, one of my favorite ballplayers) he's not worth what he's making. If it meant getting rid of TT and taking on Carter, I'd trade Penny for Rose in a heartbeat.

Well then you mistyped I didnt misunderstand. Anyway as much as TT is sucking right now...we dont need Carter. He's not the answer. He isnt worth giving up an important player at this time. No more big trades unless it's for a big man.
