What an amazing game. I fucking LOVE PKs!!! The whole, " I hate PKs deciding the game" complaint is bullshit. These players had 130 minutes to finish this game and couldn't. They know what they are getting into. That was awesome.

My daughters best friend has been our keeper for all these years, and it stresses me out so much watching her in these situations....BUT I FUCKING LOVE WATCHING MY DAUGHTER LINE UP FOR A PK!!!!

Hope I'm not jinxing this, but my little one has never missed a PK....hope that continues after this post. She said the key isn't to "shoot" it, its to "pass" it!
 
Getting a little chippy in the second game. Can't believe the guy didn't get a yellow card for kicking the ball into the Dutch bench.

BTW, i just want to say I've been watching all these games on Telemundo on Peacock and have absolutely LOVED the commentary in Spanish. If you guys are watching the amateur hour on Fox, y'all are missing out.

Also shocked at how much Spanish I still remember after taking it for four years in HS.
 
brazil & argentina getting knocked out in the span of few hours would be something

Ecuador might be Qatars best chance at ending the group stage with a point. Especially if Senegal has Bayern Munich forward Sadio Mane by then. Not sure if Qatar plays Netherlands 2nd or 3rd. Netherlands starts Vs Senegal.

france & portugal have been two best teams in the tournament so far, both teams have a lot of individual quality and both teams play really good football, any outcome wouldnt be surprise

argentina & croatia are not at the same level as these teams when it comes to the individual quality, but in terms of team play, both are really good and will have a chance in the final, although odds will be against either team

4 years ago, france-croatia were in the final, it could be the same this year
 
England is just going to spoil everything for everyone, eliminating Mbappe, Ronaldo, and Messi in consecutive matches.

They should just keep on adding extra times, taking one player off every ten minutes, starting with the goalkeepers. What happened to that "golden goal" experiment? Wasn't that a couple of World Cups ago?
