If you look at the other petitions for Damian, it's mostly losers who usually photoshop Dame into their teams uniforms and come up with stupid trades scenarios and have no idea about anything else to do with the Blazers. There was only 1 in the first 2 pages of petitions, that had more than like 30 signees.
At least Ed, as misguided as he is, knows who the team is.
Maybe someone (who isn't me) should make a petition to keep him in Portland, and flood it on twitter to get people to sign it.

Nah leave it. Hopefully Dame reads it and sees the majority love him and want him to do whats best for him and will accept him with open arms right up until he retires as a Blazer, if thats what he wants.

I'd sign petition to draft BPA. Don't trade the pick unless it makes us a legit contender.

Could have something about it'd be great to have Dame around to guide these youngbloods. Not sure how to word that though.
 
this is so Bullshit. Yes you can make an argument that the Blazers could be in a much better position to trade Dame for future assets and gain as much unprotected 1sts as possible to start a new era, but this shit is ridiculous.

Chauncey was 28 when he won his ring....Dame just had a career year at 32...more stars have won in their 30s than you are alluding to. The real Dame era has just begun. Who's Olshey?

Yeah, I don't think Dame can be the best player on a title team, maybe if Jaylen Brown and another stud starter are here but there's arguments as a two way player he's more valuable than Dame.

Certainly could be a Jason Kidd in the Mavs role for Dame to win a title. To do that we need as many Sharpe/#3/etc chances at a superstar to fulfil Dirks role as we can get.

Trading #3 for a 33 year old Dame sidekick is a road to nothing.
