Yeah, the customers. It is dog food if you don't care about your dog.
Back in 1968 I dated a girl that worked at Taco Bell and when I picked her up I noticed bag's of green stuff on the back shelfs and she said thats the hamburger, its was the soy that turns brown when you cook it.

I'm thinking more deliveries, Amazon will rule the new world. Uber eats will become bigger, along with things like butcher box and blue apron. This will also increase the rise of automation and AI. There will probably be more health care and sick time laws implemented, it might be the wake up call our system needs but that could be giving our system to much credit. I think we will get a new government agency or two out of this also. Some sort of pandemic readiness czar. Maybe a few emergency authoritative control options implemented for a future president to abuse.

I think we'll start seeing the first real automated home testing kits that can be upgraded to test for new viruses as needed.

Probably start seeing them at Costco next to ring cameras sooner than later.

I'll add that I see a ton of dudes who either don't wash or just run their hands under water for a hot second and then walk out.
One time when I was taking a class at PCC Sylvania I had to take a leak. As I was rinsing my hands some young kid comes out of a toilet stall. He walks right out the door without washing, Before the door could swing shut I turned around and yelled "Hey, come back here and wash your hands!" You'd expect a teenager these days to flip you the bird but no, he comes back and washes his hands. I felt good and hoped he'd wash up next time.
