So which part are you trying to say isn't true? that Republicans also will pork barrel, or that they included it because of the need to have access to safe and legal voting via vbm?

Or are you one of those people who think vbm is just a scheme to get Biden elected "illegally"?

Sure, Republicans will pork barrel! I hate that, as well!

So either you're being sarcastic and think they don't, or you fail to see the connection between a corona virus stimulus package and including funding for the USPS to assist in voting *because* of the corona virus.

Do you dislike the USPS? Give some examples as to why. I mean, outside of inaccurate talking points, of course.

So there is definitely voter fraud.

Some of its mail-in, some of it isn't. The question is, is mail-in more likely to have fraud or not, and honestly from the tiny bit of research I've done on that it seems to be mostly partisan as to the answer on that. Almost every left-leaning site I have found with their version of statistics says either no or very little, CNN, Axios, and the like. "News" sites on the right seem to have a different narrative, heritage, fox, Breitbart, where their version of "stats" shows it as being wrought with fraud, and intimidation.
Wonder how much of this argument about mail-in voting and voter fraud is just confirmation bias and which news sources people choose to believe.
Both Biden and Trump have said the other will cheat to win. My guess is they're both right.
It all makes for a wonderful mix, neither side will accept the results of this election if they lose.

Do you vote in Oregon?

The dems can get their own bill to provide monies to the USPS for MIV. Not everyone believes in the connection to COVID provisions.

Not everyone believes in COVID, so why do we need a bill at all?

In the rational world, there is a pandemic, gathering a bunch of people in the same places to vote is stupid during a pandemic, therefore mail-in voting is necessary for an election during said pandemic, which means money is necessary to ensure that mail-in voting is managed successfully during the pandemic. So yeah, it's COVID-related, even if you don't believe in pandemics, masks or whatever else.

money is a non count noun, like water or air....and soon the dems will have both the house and the senate so they'll probably give you lots of fuel for another few decades...fortunately you'll have a timeshare in Tel Aviv by then and a southern rock band trashing your house....hey! Rock that life!

So let me get this straight, you are actually, with a straight face, implying Republicans don't do the same thing and have in this bill?

He admitted above that he did and that he hates that too. Strange though, he never complains about when they do it though.

Its ok for Republicans to put extra stuff in bills and vote by mail.

I felt like the first bill was definitely needed. I hated how much both sides put their agenda's into it, and how long it took. I think it was just crony capitalism dashed with a tiny bit of UBI for the unimportant people.
I'm really, really torn on this 2nd bill they've spent like 8 Trillion dollars already (I believe that may be wrong)... When does the economy turn into Venezuela where they had garbage bags full of money that was USELESS...
The problem is that stuff has happened that has put people in a terrible spot, and even a ton of businesses (especially small/medium ones) in a bad spot too.
The gap of average and rich has grown at an almost exponential level this year, and inflation will eventually if my economics teachers knew what they were talking about will absolutely decimate the middle class and lower class...
