I remember posters saying Ricky Rubio was going to be an MVP within a few years of being drafted. Call me jaded. Some Aussie who hasn't proven anything in a real league makes me skeptical. Also, the smart move for the team drafting Exum would be to get Lillard in a trade.
 
They can ask for Lillard but we're not trading him for anyone.

This is the stuff that will come back at you during next season. The prognosticators usually forget them, but the ones that have to endure their drivel are made to suffer.

So basically we would be as good as we were last season with LA. Considering the money saved and the potential growth of Exum going into his second season. It would be likely that the team could easily be back into the playoffs after a one season hiatus.

You've told that lie at least 5 times this week. The story gets bigger. Now, it's MVP.

I always posted that he was unimpressive every time I watched him on TV playing in Europe, that he was just Sergio plus 2 inches, etc. Almost all posters were unimpressed. So let's see a link where people say he'll be MVP.

Didn't Sergio just win MVP? I can see Rubio doing that also.

Your modus operandi is to change one little thing, to weasel your way into winning an argument. You didn't post it 5 times to jlprk. You posted it about 5 times.

Maybe your perception is blurry? Another lie was a year ago in an acid thread when you said you'd taken it. I answered, you? The uncoolest poster here? Yeah right.

And Nolan Smith was supposed to be a future top pt guard out of Duke? None of this matters but LaMarcus is a proven allstar and irreplaceable on our roster. Trading LA for a draft pick is just about as dumb as it gets folks

I still like the idea of dealing LA for pieces and a quality rookie but considering our draft history you're probably right this move would be dumb. Knowing this teams draft history I could see them do something dumb like deal LA for pieces and a pick only to draft Luke Babbitt 2.0 in Doug McDermott.
