Trophy is on right but you know that. Logo is behind Kobe. Near his head you should see letter "L" = and that is start of Lakers logo :thumbsup:

Not sure, Sasha made it, looks like numbers and binary so I guess it's Matrix. Carter 15 9.8/10 really nice avatar, simple, stands out, nice colours and overall great look.
