As someone else siad i suggest that you add contrast to harrington pic.
I also suggest you maybe add some sharpness.

i think you should do away witht the <font face="Garamond"><font size="3"><font color="red">AL</font></font></font> on the side or try to blend it in morwe with the background if you just have to have it.

i suggest you do some more cropping on the left side of NR. Ai's neck. when i fist saw the pic i thought Ai just needed to shave or something but i notice now the problem.

Quckness - 7.9/10...It's a little hard to see but I like it
