You need to outline Amare better - you can see a whole strip of white around him. Besides that, it's pretty nice. Not too much fancy you can do with avatars.

The only problem i see with your avy is bad cropping which is the cutting out of the pic. I suggest when you cut out your pics you zoom in and use a airbeush type of erasor go try that man.

Booger - I think your avatar is a little to plain, too white, and needs text. Also consider putting in great special effects. If you can do that, you can have a great avatar.
