Basically all I did was cut-out the Logo, Pasted it on a blue BG, did a light low opacity brush, merged layers, did ctrl-u, added a border, and thats all. But, its an 80 x 80 thing its not liek you can fit aton of stuff in it.

That avy is really nice. I love how the sides are cut. The picture fits perfctly in the frame. I'm not a 100 percent sure I like the face he's making.But I do like the star in the backround. I rate it a 9/10, truly awesome.
