There will be NO fans. What do you mean what do you do? Who would test positive? A temperature check doesn’t = a corona test. What is he right about? That there won’t be fans? I’d bet against that.
The season will have an asterisk by it anyways, I say do something different. How about a best of 3 games, tournament style with all 30 teams? No conferences, lottery predicted and upsets incoming.
Why not?And players wear masks.
You'd lose.
There will be NO fans.
Why not just play at the PF for each team? The real question remains whether teams are gonna actually go to Orlando or just resume the season in their own arenas. Ringer was reporting own arenas is still in play. I’d argue that Orlando would make more sense if you’re jumping straight into the playoffs. Otherwise it would make more sense from a logistical/safety pov to have everyone in their own market. Players are gonna get restless in a campus environment and from what Jared Dudley was saying, they’re gonna have the freedom to go out. And they’re gonna go out. Easier to get players to chill in their own homes.
I know nothing about Thai baseball or Disney World and what they are doing. There already are fans. Taiwan baseball league not only are allowing fans in the stadium, but they have doubled their limit within the past week. It’s only a matter of time until there are fans in America.
now explain to me how allowing 30,000 people into Disney world is different than allowing a limited numbers of fans into an arena.
That's fucking goofy.
Desperate times, desperate measures. But that does seem like animal abuse.

Come on, you and I both know Disneyworld is a Mickey Mouse operation.
It's got to be all or nothing.
I think that takes away the cinderella aspect. Sure the Bucks or Lakers were going to win it all.......but what about those couple times an 8 seed beat a 1? I like it settled out on the field/floor.Just my opinion, but I do not think so. If they kept the standings from games already played, three teams with sub .500 records are in. We really do not need the other 14 teams playing. Subtracting 14 teams would help considerably with keeping the numbers down. See how just having 16 teams play works and start planning for 2020-21.
