Florida has tested about 54,000 kids under the age of 18 and about 16,800 of them tested positive (31% positive rate). The under 18 age cohort accounts for about 20% of the state's population of 21.4 million, or about 4.3 million people. So about 0.39% of Florida's population under 18 has tested positive. I have no idea how that compares with other places.
