The Yankees are now 4-11 and have been outscored 73-43. Now 4.5 games back. Clearly Toronto deserves the division.
 
When you're hot, you're hot. And the Yankees are not!
 
The Blue Jays are 32-9 over there last 41 games while the Yankees are 19-22
 
They have likely shot themselves in the foot division wise now.
 
Now they just have to fight to keep the WC.
 
Damn the Pirates are only 2.5 back of the Cards now.

...since before the season began, I smelled but never drank the kool-aid because I could just never really get a feel for this team. They played well during streaks and to a degree, over-achieved somewhat but all in all, they don't stack up well vs most of the other division leaders...they are a good team but not nearly good enough.

Exactly...they will end up winning more than I thought due to the steaks. But I'm not gonna be surprised if they fully collapse and lose the WC.
 
After today we may need a suicide watch....

a 150 mill+ payroll, players teams would kill to have, not a playoff team? bring in a playoff coach and i guarantee you these guys dominate!

what's a playoff coach? someone who has something up his sleeve, one who knows how to push the right buttons, one who the players actually love to play for EVEN HURT , a tough luv kinda guy.

Yep, the same applies, I bet you or I, Rick or YF5545, combined, have seen more games than an ass clown will in His entire life, including his family members.........
