Without those creeps luring in young women for profit this wouldn't be a problem. Parenting is at fault, but so are the low lifes that are involved with the sex trade.

My cousin used to live over on Interstate by Albina a few years back. I use to see all kinds of fucked up shit, thats when I realize Portland really does have a hooker problem.
