Well, at any rate, the results proved positive.

Spent 14 hours on the brisket but it came out amazing and plenty of leftovers to enjoy the rest of the week with none of the wife's freeloaders (errrrr family ... i kid i kid) around thanks to our city having a 6pm curfew since people can't figure out this COVID shit. Game didn't go nearly as I expected, halftime was mehhhhh and there were a few decent commercials but the brisket and beer were great!
