I’ve heard many people around town, and local radio stations making same arguments as me
And you are posting this as if this gives your opinion credibility? Who the fuck on local radio knows anything about the NBA? And just because some guy returning cans in front of you in line at 7-11 has the same opinion as you...... shit!

I have to admit I listen to local sports radio most days and yes Gronk regurgitated the narrative of a journalist whose #1 priority is to stay relevant so he can pay his Bill's. The best way to do so is to stay controversial in ones opinionated narrative, the controversy causes buzz which causes clicks on websites and phone calls it brainwashed the casual observers because they use this "writer" as the source of knowledge. This writer is a protagonist who has alienated the one franchise we do have, calls them out constantly by calling them thin skinned and scared to face him etc. The man is an out and out bully by every definition. The fact that the audio lead in to the show features people calling the station to complain about him show you the arrogance and desire to be the story not tell the story. And just like the poster in question the Blazers have a 100% failure rate according to this writer, but hey people click the links.

But wait theres more. The tactic of "journalism" used is manipulative. Rather than informing of the facts and discussion of possibilities, the tactic that is used is to inform you of how you should feel. "If you are a Blazer fan you should be angry about this"... "if I were a blazer fan I would be outraged by that"... it's all delivered in the form of suggestive manipulation of your thoughts, aka brainwashing.

That’s your opinion... I’ve heard many people around town, and local radio stations making same arguments as me... who knows if they read the forum, but I’ll keep posting if even 1 new fan reads a day... there should be outrage and pressure from the fan base for our do nothing GM
It's funny that you think that you influence the thoughts of others... there should be outrage, so that's why you post the way you do? As if your posts can influence outrage? Hahaha.

Come on bro, you always have to try to insult somebody? Trying to make fun of people returning cans and you work as a video guy... comical!

And if your curious... a place I’ve had Blazers conversations and heard many of those opinions is the gym... somewhere you obviously have never been.

Yeah, I actually do... most fans don’t spend as much time following the team as the forum regulars. They depend on other people’s opinions to form their own. Someone may browse the forum every once in a while, then they bring stuff they read to conversations they may have on a given day about the Blazers, which may influence more people with those thoughts about the team. I am simply reminding people that nothing has changed. Blazers were swept by Pelicans and Neil made no major changes to improve roster.

LOL. Bruh... We keep up with the team just as much or more than you do.

We don't need your "reminders"...
Did you read the entire post. I am posting for the casual forum browsing fans, not the regulars. I just can’t understand how some of you are ok with Neil’s inactivity after last seasons failure... you want everyone to forget and act like this team has no issues and Neil doesn’t have to do anything. I mean Nick Stauskas... seriously?!

Dog... Who the fuck are these "casual forum browsing fans" you speak of? They don't exist and are probably sick of you doing this too

And you literally said a couple days ago that you don't insult someone unless they insult you first. Obviously that was a lie. He didn't insult you.

Did you read his post... he was basically calling me a bum saying I return cans at 7/11... WTF, can you not read

Bro, do you remind your family every day what color the walls are when you wake up? Do you remind them of your name? If nothing's changed, why do people need reminders...?

So let me get this straight... You think that you're on some righteous path towards enlightening "casual forum browsing fans" so that they can hate Neil with you, since they depend on your opinion, and somehow that'll result in changes made by Paul Allen? Do you realize how crazy that sounds?

And a "Casual forum browsing fan" (whatever the hell that is) is gonna see your post, then 10 people getting annoyed with you, and they're gonna think "that person's probably a troll".

You have no influence.

It's hilarious when someone reads something completely and obviously wrong because their reading comprehension is shit, and then they add "WtF, cAn YoU nOt ReAd?"

And just because some guy returning cans in front of you in line at 7-11 has the same opinion as you...... shit!
How the hell do you think he was saying you're a bum and return cans to 7-11? Cmon dude.

Schill, will you post for me on here from now on, you’re pretty good at it FAMS.

How am I trying to insult you?
Oh well, you heard it at a gym, well how can I argue anybody’s opinion if they go to a gym right?
You call me a “video guy”. Curious if you know what I actually do for a living?

Son I said you were standing in line at 7-11 and heard somebody in line talking Blazers and that was what you are basing your opinion on...... and you said no, you based it on what you overheard at the gym? HA! Why am I wasting my time. Please take your repetitive takes somewhere else.

@Gronk Brady honest question.
Do you think we would have been swept by any of the other teams in the playoffs? I don't think we would have.
Would you have changed your stance if it wasn't a sweep? Maybe 4-2 or even 4-3? I would have.

Pel's were a disaster for us match-up wise and yes we need some changes to move forward, however this hourly attack in every thread only works in your head.
After reading @HCP post I decided to ask around at 7 eleven while returning pop cans for rent money and to my surprise nobody there has even heard of you or your view on the team. Maybe you could start there instead of here? Of course i'm kidding! We have all heard your view sooo many times now that maybe if you're just trying to reach the few forum members that pop in once in a while to read your take then maybe you should try someplace like Facebook where they are less in tune with the team. Just so you can reach as many people as you appear to want to.

If you keep it up more people are going to quit than we lost during the blurry pic debacle.

The rooks look really good and the newbies have potential to hit those wide open shots that last seasons players couldn't. I seriously look forward to watching them and any other newbie we acquire before the season.

Take a breath man...we all want some change.

#ComeonFamseaseupalittle!

Hey sorry to disturb whatever this is.. curious though. Has the trade happened for Melo to Atl? Are they waiting for him to clear waivers right now?

Warriors lost in first round in 2014. They made no major changes to improve the roster and then won the championship.

Klay Thompson and Draymond Green were only 24 years old and just entering their primes... Steph was 26 and might be the best shooter in NBA history. Dame is 28, CJ is 27... they are what they are... also, Klay Thompson is a 6’7” SG that is an elite defender... CJ is an undersized ISO ball chucker at SG that doesn’t play defense

I'm tired of people saying this. No he is NOT. Klay is an overrated Defender. His DRT was 111 last season.
{Thompson has accomplished so much in his career that Kyrie Irving wrongfully assumed he’d already been named to one of the NBA’s All-Defensive teams during a post-game interview following Boston’s 109-105 loss to the Warriors. When Irving learned he hadn’t, he commended Thompson’s defensive ability.

“That’s some bullshit,” Irving told masslive.com. “You know what I mean? Yeah, so I guess you could consider him underrated.”}

His competitors think he should be on all nba defense team... but I guess you know better than Kyrie Irving

Yeah, if the guy who thinks the Earth is flat thinks someone is underrated then you should definitely believe him.
