Dame and CJ must really like this thread. Each one of those quotes is worth like five extra pages each.

If you read the cuckfan's forums when it came out Portland wouldn't facilitate a trade for the Rockettes. They think very differently on NO if this is indeed what happened.
What do you mean?
Lol, as if the Rockets haven't tried to recruit free agents before... as if no team has tried to recruit free agents.Portand has been ultra thirsty all off-season. It's a really sloppy look. They've been sliding into the DM's of every high-profile Free agent. gross.
Blazers should show a little self-respect.
This has become bigger than trading for Anthony to help the team.
This has become about shitting on Rocket fans. I want Melo just so they can once again be reminded that nobody loves them.

Why are they so salty? Did Lillard's shot have a permanent affect on them?
I'm hoping New York hardball's Carmelo. I could see New York and Olshey having agreed to a trade package today. New York needs to give Carmelo two choices, those being go to Portland and contend, or stay in New York and play less while they develop younger players. I think New York would do this because they want Harkless, and this would be a way of pushing him to waive his NTC for Portland.
I was just thinking that Olshey inserted himself into the negotiation by pretending to be willing to help facilitate a Melo deal to Houston, just to see if the Rockets had any chance. I think he was testing to see how much New York would want our assets like Harkless, while seeing how little they wanted Houston's assets (like Anderson). Once he knew that Houston couldn't trade for New York straight up, Olshey knew he could put the better package together. Now, all that's left is to get Carmelo to waive his NTC for us.
If Neil did this, it woulda been a genius move by him. A very shrewd move that I've been waiting to see from him for a long time.
Link it, I wanna read![]()
Link?
uhh it's somewhere in they created the gifs in.
I'll look for it later.
Man, Melo and us just be laughing at clueless Portland.
To think Lillard thinks he could know Melo's heart like we do. We have a bond that Lillard could never understand.
Honestly, I don't know why the Raptors don't go after Melo if Melo ever thinks he has to expand his list. Lowry, Derozan, and Melo all played in the Olympics together and Lowry and Derozan are better than Lillard and McCollum.
Yes, I bumped it. No one else was posting in itThen you bumped it with negativity?![]()
MM, step aside please. We have more interesting things to talk about....Yes, I bumped it. No one else was posting in it
This could also be a powerplay to force Houston to give up key pieces.
Capela and/or Gordon.
Why trade for Capela when they have Hernangomez? I think Gordon has 0 value because he's too old, they already have Courtney Lee with 3 year remaining, and just signed Hardaway to be their SGotf. This could also be a powerplay to force Houston to give up key pieces.
Capela and/or Gordon.
Like Melo not coming here?MM, step aside please. We have more interesting thing to talk about....
Anthony Davis is overrated as fuck. Most big guys, with some amount of skill, are. Same with KAT.
Not sure how I feel about Melo'... I do think playing against the Warriors is very interesting with Melo and Nurk. With just NURK we played them better than most other teams. Replacing all those open Harkless/Aminu shots with Melo? Yes please. Melo 'tries' to defend other stars, at least, I'll give him that. I think it could get pretty interesting especially with our size.
I know people hate it but:
Lillard/CJ/Crabbe/Melo/Nurk would be REALLY hard to guard. Nurk is the only poor 3pt shooter and Melo can guard 4s. Could also understand wanting Swanigan/Collins/Vonleh next to Nurk for rebounding and size, but the amount of wide open shots that team would get...astounding. Shooters everywhere. Crabbe isn't the greatest, we know, but he can shoot - and teams respect that. Not gonna let Crabbe bomb away like Harkless or Aminu.
Defensively that would be a layup drill though. I would NOT start Crabbe in that lineup.
