I said he's not a good NBA player.  He's skilled, and a big name, but in his role for New York I don't believe he contributed to his team winning any more games than they would've.  My stance was very anti-Melo at the time, but I've changed it to the point that I'd accept him for Harkless and spare parts.  That's because I think there's a chance he good be a good NBA player in a lesser role as a 3rd scoring option next to Dame and CJ, because he's not a good NBA player as a team's #1 option.  I still don't think it'd work out but we have nothing to lose.
You said I don't think he's an NBA player at all.  That's far different from what I'm saying.  At this point I still wouldn't trade much for him because he doesn't fit our team too well (iso scorer, ball stopper, bad defender).
And I'm not allowed to defend his decision making in this process because of that? Okay dude.  You're on some other type of shit right now...
