Fascinating. Just like the situation around here where us worker bees have to carry the dead weight of some posters who want to pull our conversations into an alley or even totally the opposite direction.

I honestly have no idea where LBJ is going to go.
Lakers are going to be a 30 win team next year. Doubt he's leaving the East where he's guaranteed a finals birth for a 30 win team that even with him would struggle to make the playoffs in the West.
After Cousins leaves, and the Celtics trade Tatum, Brown, Smart, Morris, the BKN and LAL/SAC for Anthony Davis, Lebron will pull a CP3 opt-in and trade to the Celtics, who will send Cleveland Gordan Hayward, Ante Zizic and Terry Rozier.

Thomas/Crowder/Lebron/Davis/Horford. Dirty starting 5.

And he will respond to your response, and you will respond to his response...
1.) Who posted a long ass post after everyone was done talking about it? HCP
Who started it in the first place? HCP
Who's being told to let it go? Me, not him.

There is simply no way he joins Houston as a free agent, unless he accepts the MLE.

I was actually thinking about the Lakers. Not saying the Lakers would even want him. But as I said "in his mind" he thinks he will join some friends.....like Lebron. If the Lakers can dump Luol Deng's contract they will be around 75 million under the cap.
I maybe a little off, but they seem to be setting themselves up for Lebron and friends.

You don't know what I've told him.

Interesting idea.

NBA Trade Rumors: Race to Acquire Carmelo Anthony May Be Down to the Houston Rockets and Portland Trail Blazers

I think he'll go to LA or NYC

Why?
Lakers with LBJ & Ball panning out are still battling for a lower seed in the West in 18-19.
NYK has a better chance with Porzingis but why would LBJ go there with how they've treated his friend Melo?
I don't think either of those teams make logic.

I feel for Bron it's more about being in the spotlight at this point. Just a feeling.

But it won't be just LBJ and Ball. They will have a shit load of cap space in 18-19....if they choose to go that route.
They could have enough for Paul George and LBJ. And with a little help (someone taking on Luol Deng's contract ) another decent player. Lopez could resign for the minimum and they have all their young players still on rookie salaries. All the signs point to the Lakers for James.

LeBron and George will go to Lakers next season, I feel it's almost guaranteed at this point. George has wanted to go there for a while, the only doubt was whether they could build a team that he'd see as competitive. With the possibility of recruiting James it seems that they will basically be able to both recruit each other. If Ball has a strong first season it'll be even easier for them to get both.

I'm sure they will cross that bridge when it comes, but what to do with Ingram if they get George and LeBron? I know he had a statistically shitty rookie year, but i think he barely loses the MIP this season to Juicy J Nurkic.
