I read that he was informed Wednesday night...the Raptors game night post game...the writer said he was thrilled to know Melo was coming..I think it was Chris Haynes that wrote it. I think the mood after that game was probably not the best that night and Stotts was probably making guys watch film with the staff or in a players grill...the team might have a gag order until they announce it at least on their website

Melo takes more shots then turner. He’s easier to shot 50% when you’re taking two shots a game

I compared the TS% of 2 seasons of Melo to 2 seasons of Turner in order to eliminate potential sample size issues. In that time frame Melo had about 1280 shots and Turner around 1120. Apples to apples
