Trannies don't have balls (or so people like Ed O. have told me).
Hey, you're the one talking about your aunt and her balls ...

Hey, you're the one talking about your aunt and her balls ...
(I'll respond to you both, since you appear to be the same person.)
It really was the Patterson-Nash slash and burn team; they were hired to clean up a mess and get the team's finances in order (which they mostly did)
they just happened to be incapable of playing nice with the media (Patterson) or finding adequate talent to replace the players they got rid of for pennies on the dollar (Nash).
Nik as usual sees it right. I'll add that the second half of his comment was caused by the Oregonian's attitude. That hatred of our players was carried by the national media, which lowered trade values of our players. Plus, other teams knew Nash had a mandate to blow up the team. So Nash got less than what he gave.

Brilliant.
On your knees when you pray to me.
I am in fact on my knees but I'm not praying, I'm laughing.

...or just let his 18M come off their cap or S&T him at the end of the year where many more teams would have been able to bid for his services. Of the 4 options they went with by far the worst one netting older redundant talent (SAR) and an oft injured 5 on the downside of his career. Que sera sera...Probably, given the Rasheed trade (the team's future would have been much better had the team made the deal directly with the Pistons that netted the Hawks Josh Smith). That's entirely consistent with PatterNash f'ing things up, though.![]()
Based on your post I see you are of the church of Steve Patterson OR are deliberately being dishonest about the players you believe he's responsible for so you can have 5 seconds of internet glory.
If you think Patterson is responsible for all of that so be it. I won't waste my time trying to change your mind.
You can go live in that world. I'll live in mine.
1) you didn't respond to the question in the post.
2) you claim I said something I never did.
more bullshit
Um, you didn't ask me a question you nipple. You made a list.
If what happened? That they called themselves the Three Amigos? How could anyone here possibly know the answer to that question?
Reep provided a quote from Canzano using that term, but again, it sheds no light on who actually created the phrase (which I don't ever recall hearing from any of the Three Amigos, but then, I never transcribed every word they uttered in public, so I can't provide a direct quote).
He made a list of the players that KP had on his roster when he became GM.
Why did he do that? Because you posted, "I'm going to judge Pritchard based on what the team looked like before he became GM compared to what it was when he left."
It appears, though, that you're NOT judging him on that, since the roster was in pretty good shape when he took over. Now, it appears, you're judging him based on when YOU think he was acting like GM.
The question that seems clearly implied in Masbee's post was: are you judging KP based on when he was GM? Or before?
The next logical question would be if it's the latter, then how can you ignore the possibility that he was partly to blame for PatterNash's mess?
Ed O.
That was truly atrocious basketball management (of the roster as well as the salaries) and if KP was responsible for much of anything before that fateful Roy draft day, then that does not speak well of his judgment/capabilities.
I'm going to judge Pritchard based on what the team looked like before he became GM compared to what it was when he left.
I will not be judging him based on a nickname they all called each other after 2 beers in the Indianapolis airport before he was the GM.
I'm sorry that you can't simply answer my questions. Ever. I'm sorry that you can't see anything as something less than an attack on KP.
The next logical question would be if it's the latter, then how can you ignore the possibility that he was partly to blame for PatterNash's mess?.
Please stop with your tedious fucking Greg Brady "exact words!!!!"schtick. I'm sorry you only see the world in black and white with no fluidity and angles.
I didn't make the image. Thanks, though.Thank God for photoshop eh? (Nice touch with the shirt matching your title.)
I see no answer from you. Do you ACTUALLY care about when he was GM or wasn't? If not, that's fine... it's what you said, but you seem to be loose with words so it's understandable. If not, though, why do you so easily dismiss the possibility that he was actually part of KPatterNash? He did not ask me any questions and I addressed the list. So once again, I have addressed the issue but apparently neither of you like the answer.
That's not at all dishonest.Brilliant. So in my very first post I addressed the "Next logical question" yet you claimed that wasn't even part of the conversation. Now You're claiming it to be "the next logical question."
And you call Papagrant dishonest.
That's not at all dishonest.
You claimed it wasn't part of the conversation and later called it the next logical question. You're either being dishonest or boring.
I'm sorry you want to waste your time, as well as mine, pretending you don't understand what I meant by "Before he was the GM and after."
I don't understand what you mean.
That doesn't surprise me.
I think what OddEnormous is saying is that he's judging Pritchard by comparing the roster from before Pritchard was in charge to the roster when Pritchard left the franchise. Reportedly, Pritchard was in charge of the '06 draft, even if the official title came later.
Do you want to answer the question?
What do you mean by "before he was GM and after"?
Already been covered by 2 people.
Jog on.
No. Sorry. Please stop with your tedious fucking Greg Brady "exact words!!!!"schtick.
No. Sorry. He did not ask me any questions and I addressed the list. So once again, I have addressed the issue but apparently neither of you like the answer.
It is the problem of all the posters and readers who have to wade through all your crap. That's your problem not mine.
Interesting that you can't answer a question directly asked to you. I can see you really thought out your position before your cute little meltdown.
No. Sorry.
It is your tedious schtick of shtting all over so many threads with tons of bullshit that has taken the level of this board down in quality lately. Fucking stop it already.
No. Sorry.
Ed O got it right. He understands it perfectly. You, likely intentionally, are acting like you don't know what is going on, in an effort to evade the subject and keep on your themes, which lack the support of facts and logic.
It is the problem of all the posters and readers who have to wade through all your crap.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG
I responded to your list you monkey. Even though you didn't ask me a question I STILL gave a response. Again, you didn't like the answer. Not my problem.
BTW there's an ignore feature. That being said we both know you wont use it.
Care to answer my question in your own words?
I already have. It's your choice to except it or not. Couldn't care less if you do or don't......
