There is a habit in this country of progress followed by the attempted thwarting of that progress, then progress, followed by the attempted thwarting of that progress and so forth.

Trump and his followers get their moment. He will do a bunch of terrible shit that hurts this country really bad and then someone else will come along to clean up the mess.

Then after awhile someone else will fuck it up only for someone to follow behind them and clean up the mess.
 
Not sure if this has been pointed out on here but literally everything that they have been doing has been aligned with the Project 2025 shit.

There was a part of me when that stuff was being discussed that was like meh it’s just fear mongering.

But in such a short amount of time he’s at least attempted to implement quite a few pieces of that ‘manifesto’

Not quite. I didn't vote for him. I understand both sides of it though. I'm not willing to throw Trump voters under the bus like so many here. That ire should be directed at the Democratic party and of course, Trump and the Republicans themselves.

Ah, I had not heard that the Costco thing was settled.
