You no doubt are certain Trump cabinet and high officials are setting a good example of government efficiency, right?

Interior secretary Douglas Burgum, former North Dakota governor, was considered a "normy" Republican. In between firing National Parks staff and authorizing drilling in formerly protected wilderness, he demands his political appointees provide him with freshly baked cookies every day. If he is away from the office he uses police helicopter to get him back on time to sample cookies while they are still warm. If they don't meet his standards he demands a fresh batch (no, I am NOT volunteering for the job).

His former neighbor to the south, dog killer Kristi Noem, now secretary of Homeland Security, as South Dakota governor racked up thousands of dollars in personal travel for which she billed the state taxpayers. She made a bizarre infomercial for a Dallas, Texas dentist. She had gone to this dentist, on taxpayer money, to get her teeth worked on as apparently no South Dakota dentists met her high standards. Her dog killing was an audition, as her main job seems to be to pose for photo ops celebrating Trump administration cruelty. She flew to El Salvador to unleash her inner Eva Braun, posing before shaven headed chained prisoners in concentration camp who were rounded up without charges or trial based on nationality. Smiling her restored smile while flashing high end Rolex watch. She had a custom fitted ICE uniform made and took a trip to border along with former Trump campaign staffer Corey Lewandowski, with whom she has been having a very public affair. Consenting adults, their business, except Lewandowski now has position of "special advisor" to Department of Homeland Security. Just what he is advising her on is unknown. She posed at border with ICE agent and Lewandowski, while holding a rifle. The self proclaimed gun enthusiast violated first order of firearm safety, which is never casually hold a weapon with barrel pointed at someone's head.

FBI Director Kash Patel, after writing a book containing a list of enemies of Trump on whom he wants vengeance, assured Senate Republicans he had no enemies list. Before he can go after enemies, he had his office lavishly redecorated. He is especially proud of custom draperies, posting on Instagram. When he can tear himself away from admiring the draperies, he takes trips to Las Vegas checking out crime on the Strip.

FBI Deputy Director, former right wing blogger Dan Bongino, who has no law enforcement experience, has demanded 24 hour protection by at least four FBI special agents. This is a level of protection normally only given to the president. But 20 agents have been assigned to his personal security detail. Even while walking around FBI headquarters he insists four agents accompany him. Paranoia strikes deep, into your life it will creep, starts when you're always afraid.

US Attorney for New Jersey Alina Habba is not in cabinet but won't miss out on the fun. She was Trump's personal attorney. Not a very good one. He hired her because he liked her plunging necklines, which won her the nickname of Alina Hubba Hubba. Prior to becoming Trump's attorney, her legal experience was representing owners of public parking lots. Perfect training for US Attorney in one of the most population dense parts of the country. Habba dressed up in US Marshall uniform, along with her administrator, and went along on an arrest, including handcuffing suspect. Unfortunately her participation in the arrest means not only she but her entire office must now be recused from prosecuting the case. Something any halfway good lawyer would know.

At a speech at NRCC , Trump again credited "late great Hannibal Lecter" for helping him win. Lecter does not die in any book or movie. Actors who played him do not support Trump. He at one point acknowledged Lecter is fictional but then said he is real. Actually Hannibal Lecters were pouring across Biden open borders that allowed other countries to empty out insane asylums and send people here.

Trump is so stupid he doesn't know difference between insane asylums and political asylum. His brain is so non-functional he can't be corrected. Try to explain what political asylum is or that other countries don't pay tariffs, we do, and it just doesn't register.

H.R. McMaster receives accidental call from President Trump

Just over a month ago, retired Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster received an unexpected call on his personal cell, four sources told CBS News. It was from the White House and he was instructed by the voice on the other end to stand by for the president.
McMaster, who had served as national security adviser during President Trump's first term and was ousted after 13 months, was surprised to hear from Mr. Trump at all.

Just a day earlier, on March 2, Mr. Trump had lobbed his latest insult at McMaster, blasting him on social media as a "weak and totally ineffective loser." McMaster had also just appeared on CBS' "60 Minutes," where he voiced skepticism about Mr. Trump's overtures to Russian President Vladimir Putin and Putin's willingness to end the war in Ukraine.

"Henry..." is how Trump opened the call before launching into the conversation, according to two sources who were not authorized to discuss private conversations.

It was then that McMaster knew this familiar voice was indeed Mr. Trump. But he also realized something else: the commander-in-chief had not intended to call him at all.

McMaster goes by H.R., short for Herbert Raymond. Not Henry.

"Mr. President, this is H.R. McMaster," he said into the phone.

"Why the f*** would I talk" to H.R. McMaster? Trump asked dismissively, and then Trump launched into a scathing critique of his former aide, two sources said.

The call was brief.

Two sources told CBS News that the president intended to call South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster, not his former national security adviser.

I think Trump thought Xi would bow down. Xi won’t. China knew this was coming and they’ll adapt.

Sad that one of the few times someone actually tells Trump to fuck off it comes in the form of a trade war with our biggest trading partner.
 
Blogger turned deputy director of FBI is not only one demanding extraordinary security.

Assistant secretary of labor demanded 24 hour security because people look at him funny and someone forwarded him an email from mutual acquaintance calling him unqualified toady. But Department of Labor doesn't have security personnel. So, while tens of thousands of National Park rangers, cancer researchers, food safety inspectors, Head Start teachers and most of all Social Security staff are being fired, Labor Department is hiring eight people to be personal security for this unqualified today
