Mike Davis was on Steve Bannon's podcast discussing how if elected Trump can prosecute Obama for murder. What? Because he said Obama brought immigrants into the country and is therefore responsible for the (non-existent) immigrant crime wave.

He is not some loose nut. Davis advised Kavanaugh prior to his Extreme Court confirmation and is leading candidate to be Attorney General in a new Trump administration, where he promises to unleash a reign of terror.

I don't know that Trump realizes that if the SC grants presidental immunity it protects not just him, but all previous and future presidents.
