In my opinion, and in definition, fucktard is someone that does stupid things, or says stupid things. It’s a choice. The other word is a word referencing people with developmental issues. Not at all their choice, so teasing or calling them names is unacceptable

I don't choose to equate it to anything. It literally is fuck and the r word combined. Thats not something I made up. You cannot dispute that. If you search on google it is the first thing that pops up and shows that is how it is derived.

My prerogative is to condemn ableist language that is harmful to the disabled community. Which is honestly needed now more than ever because buttheads, mostly right wing podcasters are so excited to use those terms whenever they can nowadays.
