He again praised Hannibal Lecter
He attacked Taylor Swift
He said under different circumstances he and Nancy Pelosi would have had an affair, a statement her family vehemently denies. Speaker Pelosi has much better taste and sense.

At first he appeared to be mixing up Hannibal Lecter the character with Anthony Hopkins, the actor who portrayed him. He said Hannibal Lecter is a great actor who loves him. Anthony Hopkins is a great actor but famously not political and does not endorse candidates. Then even the connection was lost in remnants of Trump's brain and he just repeats Hannibal Lecter is a wonderful person.
