Trump ended funds for McGruff the crime dog that used doggie cartoons to educate children about fentanyl. Not surprising. Trump loves crime and hates dogs.

Well, getting shot is shitty. Inadvertent humor.

On a serious note, flying under the radar a string of court victories for Trump, largely due to judges he appointed with loyalty to him sole criterion. Courts have ruled he can unilaterally withhold funds allocated by Congress despite Constitution clearly stating Congress and not president has authority to spend. Courts ruled DOGE boys get unsupervised access to American's most sensitive personal information.

New York Times editorial recently said don't look to courts to save us.

There were no open borders during Biden presidency. That was a right wing talking point. Inflation was worldwide post Covid. While still too high in 2024, it was declining without recession. These are facts, not feelings. Either he was stupid or lying. Inflation worse now. But at least we don't have to worry about that crazy democracy, right, Tommy?

This is how virtually all rich people justify supporting the tax cuts for the wealthy that Trump is bringing.

Pretty much every rich business person that you talk to has the same perspective, in my experience. They don't know anything about the border, and they don't really care about inflation. They are just referencing talking points.

*Edit* I was super excited about the prospect of Phil Knight purchasing the Blazers. I think he has a significantly more right-wing stance.

You just can't get away from this with rich people.
 
Unfortunately the number of billionaires who are not dickheads is very limited.
