Well, it IS Sean Marks...

Hey.. Sean has staying power! 11 years in the league -- pretty good for a guy averaging 2.9 points and 2.3 rebs in his career.

He's living the dream -- gets paid, lives the NBA life and gets the best seat in the house every game.

God I wish I was 6'11. I knew a guy in high school who was 6'11 and completely wasted his gift. Didn't spend any time in the gym. Dude was 6'11 and couldn't board worth a damn. If I were that tall, I'd at least parlay it into a scholarship to a D1 school. There's no reason why you shouldn't be able to board over all the 6'1 kids playing center in high school.

Bayless had 9 assists in a game for us last spring against the Warriors.

I still think Bayless is a willing passer though. 2 years younger than Matthews, and 3 years younger than Rudy.

Bad trade

IMO the only thing separating Bayless from Westbrook and Mayo is the playing time. Westbrook and Mayo got immersed by being injected into the starting lineup of a bad team and got the experience. Bayless didn't. A lot of folks seem to have forgotten how well he played when Brandon was down, and in fact that at least a few victories last year, were owed to him being on the court.

Oh, but that draft pick is suuuure lookin good right about now.

We could use Bayless now. Who knew we needed a SGotF?

Bayless so far. PER of 5, Ortg of 80, Drtg of 104, 2.5apg/2tog in 13 minutes/per.

If he was doing that for Portland this year, this place would be even nuttier than it is right now. Perhaps his most amazing stat this year? He has managed a negative win share on an undefeated team. :)

Come on now... that takes effort!

Is he though? He likes creating, usually creating for himself. Whats his assist/turnover ratio in his 3rd year in the league?

I think it's a little under 2, but I honestly wasn't talking about assists. When Jerryd played in Portland, it seemed like he was comfortable passing the ball....That's all. Like Matthews for example. I have no idea what his numbers are, but he doesn't look like a willing passer to me. I guess it's more perseption than anything else.

I never saw this expression the entire time he was in Portland. I figured he was just addicted to botox.
