Y'all forget about Krissy Paul and Jamie Harden and how they play the game?
Look I'm far from a westbitch fan, but lets face it we hate him cos he is a 100% effort guy..
The houston guys manupulate and cheat the spirit of the game.
This shit is unacceptable. Women are not weaker. Just different.

ET was doing it on the sidelines after the buzzer while tapping his wrist. He was also calling for Simmons to shoot instead of running out the clock.
Yeah, I saw ET was the only one who wasn't on the same page.

The time to do it is at the closing seconds of the 4th win. Hopefully we'll do it at the end of Game 5.

ET was tapping his wrist at the end of the game, that was pretty funny. But i’m Glad Anfernee didn’t shoot. Dame was over there waving at him like crazy to get his attention to NOT shoot. Walked up to him after and said “NICE WORK” Thats a vet teaching the rooks how to handle themselves. Absolutely invaluable. Now as much as I love ET, I’m quite sure he would’ve gone and shot.

Do the players enjoy any of the memes that get posted? I know they are trying to act above it, but surely they must see some on the internet. Like all of the photoshopped Russ heads on D Jr?

I don't want to focus too much on No. 0 (as opposed to the Letter O), but I thought Barkley made a good observation after the game. He thought OKC needed to consider moving Westbrook to the 2 and starting Shroeder.

Kenny waved it off, saying you need to have Westbrook to have the ball in the middle of the floor to break down the defense at the end of quarters. But just because Shroeder's running the offense most of the times doesn't mean they can't run isolation for Westbrook in certain situations, just like the Blazers do.

Barkley's right. Westbrook's mindset is not that of a point guard. He's 100 mph all the time. He's unstable. You need a consistent player at the point.

Barkley’s given two really great observations this series: the one above, about playing Russ off the ball, and one after game 4 retelling the story of asking Pop when Kawhi became a great player (“when he realized that, when I call a play for him, it’s a play for the Spurs to score, not necessarily for him to score”).

Whoever decided to put Barkley, Kenny, Shaq and Ernie together should have a job for life. Those guys have such incredible chemistry and are so insightful, and it feels like you are with your buddies who ball talking about the game.

This is part of the reason I think NBA is better than college hoops. These guys play so much and have so little time for turnaround between games and stuff that they really can make a great analysis so simple. They distill the thoughts so easily.

So then you have a shooting guard who can't shoot. That doesn't solve any problems--it just means teams can sag off him. It also takes away perhaps his greatest strength--elite passing.

Westbrook has to dominate the ball to be effective, and he really has to be the point guard.

The real issue is that you've got this guy who is like a shorter, crazier version of LeBron, and the only way he can succeed is with lots of driving lanes created by shooters. Honestly, I think if they somehow magically traded Paul George + Adams for shooters like our role players (Aminu, Hark, Collins, Seth) they'd probably be a better team with a stronger identity.

I'm definitely not a big fan in general of trading a superstar. But they can't trade Russ, and George is the only asset they have that's worth anything in a trade.

*shrug* Anyway, glad it's not my problem. There are no easy answers for Russ in OKC.

Truth is that Westbrook is just too comfortable there. He needs to be traded by several teams a la Zach Randolph, passed around until he gets things straightened out in his own head.

OKC had Harden, Durant and Westbrook, and they put all their money on the wrong horse.

Wrong Horse? Absolutely.

I said this after right after Lillard's rookie year: OKC could have had a Dynasty. Here's how:
Russ's stock was through the roof. Just trade Russ to the Blazers for ending contracts, draft picks, and Lillard - which the Blazers would have happily done.
Then they have the $$$ to pay Harden. Their lineup? Adams, Ibaka, KD, Lillard, Harden. That's some serious stuff, right there.

Fact is, the Thunder had numerous franchise-making draft picks fall in their lap, got some great players, then management blundered it away.

That makes me happy.
To add to that...

They took some of those "big risks" the haters in here always bag on Portland for not taking. Westbrook and PG are now 3-8 in their 11 games together in the playoffs.
