So I'll be in Portland for about a week and a half.

what to do during the daytime? Usually grab lunch somewhere. Any interesting shit going on?

maybe i'll do some photography or videography there...any interesting places to go to?

I suggest you consult the Portlandia video for ideas.

If you're really bored, you can come by and make me lunch.

People watching at Pioneer is always enjoyable.

Ride the tram?

Kind of want to check out the food shack pods popping up, esp on the eastside.

Go raincoat shopping. That's about it this time of the year.

^ good time and The Couv have never been in a sentence together I'm sure.

I definately reccomend checking out the food carts. And the east side is where the good ones are..... Check out Over the Top. It is in a little food cart pod on 50th and division. They make wild game burgers. The Elk and Wild Boar burgers are to die for. Also, there is a new collection of carts on 32nd and Division with some good stuff, and a newly opened beer cart. Awesome.

any good coffee houses to veg out and read books all day?

I think I'm going to reconnect with the Portland of my youth. Hit up the Oregon Historical museum and art museum. Hand in the Library, etc. Hope the weather doesn't suck too badly.

There is one called "Chance of Rain" on 32nd or so and Hawthorne. The store front is on the side street. You might check that out if your in SE.

has anyone watched a blazers game at a mcmenamins theatre?

Hell yea, it's awesome! No cover charge and pitchers of beer makes for a goood time. Nothing like watching the game on a theater screen. And sometimes the fans get rowdy, which is always fun.

another cool theater downtown, Drinks and non-blockbuster movies:
