The reality that everyone has to deal with on their own is if they're willing to sacrifice winning to keep Dame happy. I think Dame made his decision a long time ago that he would rather be loyal to his friends than chase winning. It's heart breaking seeing him kill himself physically every year, but this is what we're going to have with Dame. Take it or leave it.

Yeah, you may be right. But Olshey is a good salesman. And while nobody is a good enough salesman to convince the best players to sign here as free agents, coaches don't have the same limitations or desires.

We can outspend nearly every team in the league. There is no cap on coaches. Coaches aren't typically looking for night life.

We can get a top of the line coach if we're serious about winning.

Exactly. This notion that their nice guys and awesome ppl outside of their job which should allow them to be our coach forever is soft. Like come on now. I bet they are great people. But get me the best out there as coaches

I feel we all want what's best for the team. But no matter who is hired as the next coach , we won't know how good, or bad, the hire is until we see them, and the team in action. obviously, Neil's player moves will make a huge impact on both. I know this as fact, Dame will continue to work to get better, and improve his game. Always has. I doubt Dame wants some patsy to come in and expect less of him. He wants to be coached.

There have been some posts that have been pretty bad concerning Stotts during this season and the last couple of days. Staff has been quick to remove some of the worst ones.
