I'm the exact same way. I'm toughest on those I respect/admire/love the most. Why put energy into someone you don't care about. I'm hardest on those I love. But I still love them.

Typically I type on here how I would speak to a fan at a bar watching the game, etc.

So for instance, would I talk shit a little if you made a stupid statement? Maybe, but I would expect the same back. Just make sure the shit talking you/I do is legit and not just BS, otherwise you'll get shit on more.

All in all, treat this place like were all together at a bar top having beers and it becomes much better.

Granted, he didn't have natural, accomplished low-post options but worst in NBA history is quite an accomplishment in itself. It's more about a mentality. It doesn't have to be an on-the-block scorer. It can also be finding ways to attack the basket.

Exactly - every year or two there's a team without a post-player that still finds themselves among the leaders for points in the paint. It's a false idea that the only way to score in the paint is through a post-player - player movement and passing can be even more effective than posting up.

We can really only hide one of our guards on defense, because Moute is the only Clipper that sucks at scoring the basketball. Dame is our chosen player to hide, so CJ is getting abused by Redick. That's really my point though, you can have one guard who sucks at defense and you can probably hide him, but you can't have two guards who suck at defense. It's almost impossible to hide both of them.

CJ's defense was just one of a handful of points, but that's the one that some people have chosen to contend, so here we are. And the point was that CJ doesn't have the length to bother Redick on defense. You're right, he's chasing him around and he's getting pick off by screens, but his size is limiting his ability to defend Redick (which was my point.)

Nobody is hitting shots. They're missing wide open shots. There's nothing the coach can do about that.

I liked him putting Harkless on Paul. I liked him putting Dame on Moute. I thought Aminu and Harkless did a good job containing Griffin in this game. I liked him putting Kaman in there for spurts to change things up.

Frazier didn't get a minute of playing time then moved to New Orleans to have like 13 points, 7 assists per game with great %s and we're stuck with only Brian Roberts as our other guard. Aminu is stinking up the playoffs but keeps playing, his biggest adjustment was to start playing fucking Chris Kaman. This coach is a joke. We wouldn't look like that if I were coaching the team and we wouldn't look like that if we had another coach who's actualy worth a shit.

If we keep losing the one bright spot would be not having him coaching us for next season. I would think this possibility of him leaving would make him do a better job but I don't really. In my opinion Stott's has done everything reasonable he can do without tinkering too much and potentially make a huge error in a change by being too drastic ( bring in Alexander, ETC)

Why do I get the feeling they would be MUCH BETTER defensively if Thibs was the Head Coach. If that is the case, then there are things that can be done....it may just not be his style.

I would play Crabbe, Henderson and Harkless (all 3) every time either Dame or CJ sit. I would bench Aminu until he's able to hit a wide open shot. I would play only either Harkless or Vonleh at the 4, maybe also give Aminu a chance but only if he proves he's worth it.
