Lee Judge is a political hack who just so happens to follow the Royals. Why he's even writing about Harper and the Nationals is beyond me. Especially, when Royals pitcher Ventura has time and time again proven to be one of the more immature jackasses in baseball. To somehow suggest justification of violence is ridiculous and as you mentioned it has come to light that Papelbon had a bone to pick with Harper because of a prior disagreement.
