Yeah, I did. Too bad that player is in Miami. We sure don't have anyone like that in Portland to make Mo Williams an all-star.
And gee, maybe that's why our team 3FG% is down. The Brandon Roy we have now isn't the same player he was two years ago. He doesn't command nearly the same defensive attention he did two years ago, and he drives the lane a lot less to create open looks for his teammates. Roy's APG and AST% have both completely fallen off a cliff. He is not, and never will be again, the same player he was.
So, without a legitmate superstar to ceate open looks for him, is Mo Williams and his crappy shooting and ballhogging USG% really the answer to our problems? Sure doesn't seem like it, does it?
